Three generations in the ring competing for the Junior Champion Dorper ewe lamb! So special having our Abi and Bella enjoy the shows, sheep and farm life as much as we do.
African White Dorpers had a very successful day of showing.

It was very pleasing to see the progeny of African Lady 170026 winning their classes and going on to be champions and reserve champions. Especially daughter African Ladybird 190717, who was sashed the Supreme White Dorper Exhibit.

Dell Dorpers took out the 2024 CLEANSKIN PRIME LAMB Group for the second year running! Against 6 other outstanding cleanskin groups! This is a huge highlight for our breed! The Dorper also took out the Res Cleanskin Supreme Champion! Abi’s 8-month-old lamb (who she bottle reared her from birth) Dumisa Space-Rocket 230820 was awarded Junior Champion Dorper ewe, a highlight for sure.

We entered 4 high quality stud dorper ewes into this year’s sale, all of which were classed as type 5 Stud. Lot 51 Dell Dorpers 230141 (Res Junior Champ Ewe) sold for the top price of $2000 to Brummy’s Blacks, South Australia. We had a full clearance with an average of $1525.
